Bigger Tent

Bigger Tent

I have participated in the cooking contests and chili cook offs for three years and they have been getting better and better. A big thank you to Sandy and Bob Elliot both for running a good show and for welcoming us with open arms. However, I do think that we have started to outgrow our space. Several contestents seemed crowded as more some had more than one entry, but could only be alotted a small amount of table space, also the tent gets really crowded when it it finally opened to the chili loving hordes during public tasting.

It would also be nice to have the tent a little closer to the firing lines, I miss out on seeing the flying pumpkins for 3-5 hours while attending the cooking/chili contests.

Once again thanks for an awesome time again this year, I look forward to the next one.

Excellent idea.

This was our first year down to the Chili Cook Off. Even with such great help and coordination it did get a little tight there for a while when the crowds came in but it was a lot of fun regardless.

What about getting some power next year so we can just plug a crock pot in?

See you next year! :D

If any of you have a direct line ot the people who were conducting the contests and/or were judging, would you please steer them in my direction? I'd love to have the results information for the website!

The entry forms identify the following person - perhaps she may have the info you need.
