I had trouble finding what I needed when it came to a good strong pulley - so I made one. I used 3/8" steel plates, 3/4" grade 8 bolts, and ordered a custom sheave from Zephyrweks:

You can have a sheave made to any dimensions - out of acetyl or aluminum.

Ah the very componet that sheared and caused our 21,000 lb dry fire thursday before the chunk....
We made new ones out of 1" plate with 7/8" grade 8 bolts.
JET sells pully sheves alone and I have a set I got from Tractor Supply which we are still using. I have a new set of JET wheels that I will likely change out over the winter since we are cutting up everything else.

The problem your going to find is that anything commerically designed from a manufacture is going to be very large to accomidate the most popular market population for the load. Not many people need pullyes the size of a pack of gum that can hold 30,000.00 lbs. I can send you a picture of mine if you need something to go by... Bob's look good too.
LEt me know, I'll shoot them to ya.

WOW Bob, I just went to that web site and looked at the prices.... You say I spend money! $68 for one pulley!!!
I got the ones I got for about $12-14 each...

Billy Warrens has the JET units all day long for that price.
